1. General Provisions
This online store belongs to Škoda Tuning — the official representative of the Czech company Milotec in Ukraine. By using the website milotec.com.ua, you agree to these terms of use. If you disagree with any provision, please stop using the website.
2. Orders and Purchase Agreement
Placing an order on the website constitutes the buyer's offer to enter into a purchase agreement. The agreement is considered concluded upon order confirmation by a manager via phone or email. Product prices are listed in Ukrainian hryvnia and include VAT. The company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
3. Payment
Payment is made by bank card through the secure WayForPay payment system or by cash on delivery. All payments are made in the national currency — Ukrainian hryvnia.
4. Delivery
Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta throughout Ukraine. Delivery time is 1-2 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery cost is calculated according to the carrier's rates. Orders over 3000 UAH are delivered free of charge.
5. Returns and Exchanges
The buyer has the right to return or exchange a product of proper quality within 14 days of receipt, provided the product has not been used and retains its original appearance, consumer properties, and packaging. Returns are at the buyer's expense. To arrange a return, contact info@milotec.com.ua.
6. Liability
The company is not liable for damage caused by improper installation or use of products. Installation of accessories is recommended at specialized auto service centers. Product warranty is valid in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.
7. Changes to Terms
The company reserves the right to make changes to these terms of use at any time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the website after changes are made constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
