When will the new Fabia be presented?
Skoda made several statements about its immediate plans during its annual press conference. 2021 will be a busy year because... the brand will unveil the all-new Fabia in May. The Combi (station wagon) version will appear no earlier than 2023. The Karoq and Kodiaq SUVs, as well as the Enyaq iV Coupe, are scheduled for a facelift this year. It is planned that production of the subcompact station wagon will begin in about two years at the Kvasiny plant in the Czech Republic. This will only be possible after the production of the Superb is moved to the VW Group plant in Bratislava. The new VW Passat will also be built there. Meanwhile, 2021 will see the introduction of the Enyaq iV Coupe, a sister model to the upcoming VW ID.5. The recently unveiled Kushaq SUV will be launched as the first dedicated model for India, while China will get the long-wheelbase Octavia Pro. The brand will also receive a smaller electric car, which will be located below the Skoda Enyaq iV. Details have not been disclosed, but it is assumed that this model will become a technical twin of the VW ID.3. There are also plans for an entry-level electric car, presumably to replace the Citigo-e iV. A little later, an electric analogue of the Octavia will appear. Source: PNZdrive
